One of the quickest dishes you'll ever make. I acquired this from my stepfather and it's simple and yummy. It's also a light dish so it goes best with some green beans and rice.

Need: Baking sheet/pan, foil (for easy cleanup)
Ingredients: Butter @ room temp, 6-7 thawed medium filets of tilapia, Seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Rinse a tilapia filet and pat dry
  3. Sprinkle and cover filet with breadcrumbs
  4. Sprinkle a bit of breadcrumbs onto sheet and place two small pats of butter on top
  5. Put the filet on top of this
  6. Repeat for the rest of the filets
  7. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 10-13mins until fish is white-opaque
